Team Updates

Suki Bhogal – Training Advisor

Since I started the role of Training Advisor at Parenta, I must admit, time has flown by and I have settled into the team well. It's been a rewarding experience; engaging in conversations with employers and acquainting myself with the learners has been both enjoyable and enlightening. Witnessing their growth and recognising my contribution to their journey is truly gratifying. I've received great support from both my Manager Layla MacFadyen and the team. I look forward to the opportunity to continue making a positive impact by providing advice and guidance to our learners and employers.

Layla MacFadyen - Training Advice & Guidance Manager

We have been working closely with the sales team and Richard Ransom to ensure good quality starts are booked in and have put more robust compliance checks in place like how MIS work with the TAs. This ensures any issues with RTWs or PLRs and open funding are picked up before enrolment, meaning fewer cancellations or learners not being able to move past the enrolment stage.

Sarah Ellis - Quality Manager

Here in Quality, we are back to having a full team of 4 IQAs. Jane is setting in well and is now leading the South team, thank you to the South tutors for bearing with us whilst Jane learnt our systems and processes.

A huge thank you to my team of IQAs for the superb work with the completions over the last few weeks, you have all worked tirelessly to move these through to MIS and into EPA.

We are all working towards QAR and year-end, if you need support with learners, please reach out to the quality team we are all happy to help.

Tania, Moreira

“I recently finished my Level 3 in early years workforce and it was a very turbulent journey, but with the help of my new tutor Kaye Newbury. However, I did not finish on the initial estimated date, I was able to finish 1 month and a half later. Kaye really supported me and helped me reach all my goals with this course. With this course, I learned a lot about resilience and overcoming difficult and stressful moments. I am grateful to all the Parenta assessors and their support throughout my journey.”

Emma Brown

“Nicki has been an exceptionally great tutor. She has always answered my questions and her continuous support is always appreciated. Parenta overall has been an incredible experience, right from the word go. I would highly recommend Parenta to anyone wishing to do their qualification.”

Charisse Vanes

“Parenta is a very good service i have done 3 apprenticeships with them and found it really easy to use their online system to see and upload my work. I really enjoy the online classes and find it very helpful, there is always someone to talk to when you need to and the tutors are very helpful. I always recommend Parenta to others when trying to find the right apprenticeship provider.”

Kaydi, Hazelwood

“Since Day 1, Sam has done everything and more for me whilst I complete my Level 3 in Childcare, she always makes time for me, replies to my emails quickly and has given me so much confidence already! She definitely goes above and beyond and always makes sure the next step in my course is in motion. I don't think I could do this Level 3 without her! Thank you so much, Sam!”

Leanne Edney

“My experience with my tutor Sam Evan was absolutely amazing. I feel my tutor supported me and encouraged me when completing my course. When I started to doubt myself my tutor would give me a massive boost in my confidence letting me know "I can do this". My tutor explained every step to me clearly and was always ready to answer my questions.
Thank you so much for all the support and guidance you have given me.”

Helen Enisuoh

“Anita has supported our staff member in completing her level 3 with thoughtful mentoring and guidance. She was instrumental in turning around a previous negative experience with another provider. My staff member is now a confident practitioner ready to embark upon the next stage of her career. Thank you so much, Anita!.”
