PURPLE POST July 2023

Welcome to the July edition of Purple Post!

This month we focus on the terrific testimonials and rave reviews that are just flowing in – we hope that everyone agrees that it’s amazing to see such positivity from our settings and learners, let’s keep the momentum going! We also have news of our second summer sizzler, and we can reveal that the Parenta blog on parenta.com has been ranked 11^th globally and 2^nd in the UK – more on that later!



This issue will be the last before we go back to how we used to receive the Purple Post newsletter - (for those who remember…) in glorious technicolour, in hard copy format, and delivered directly to our front door!

From the moment I called to ask about enrolling some of my employees onto a course, the people I spoke to were very helpful. My employees were booked in quite quickly to enrol and they were given my choice of tutor as I specified that she was very efficient, came to observe the staff training, in the setting ( I felt like this was very important) and I liked all my employees training to have the same tutor. 

My staff training seem very happy and are doing well on their course with the support of their tutor, who they feel they can contact when they need extra support or help with something.

Bright Little Stars Nursery

I have been using Parenta for over a year now as an employer and also did my Level 3 through Parenta many years ago. My experience has always been positive especially with our current Early Years Tutor Anita. She is very supportive and always goes the extra mile. We will certainly be using Parenta again in the future.

The marketing ticketing system in Zoho Desk has been up and running now for a few months - thank you so much to all those who are using it. All managers have access to this and have been sent instructions on how to submit a ticket with the relevant information you need the team to produce, brand or create for you. 

It’s been agreed that only managers should be sending approved work to marketing to avoid everyone pulling in different directions.
