PURPLE POST June 2021

A warm welcome to the June edition of Purple Post

We hope you have all had a good June, and are looking forward to final lockdown restrictions being lifted this month.

In this month's Purple Post, a reminder about the online courses, which are essential for our continuing professional development, the development team give us an update on what projects they have been working on; and many new resources have been uploaded to the staff intranet to help us, our learners and our settings.

Parenta Webinar: "what does school readiness actually mean?"

In June, we delivered another successful webinar focused around 'School Readiness', a topic that is very important to our customers as we approach the start of the new academic year. We had amazing speakers on the day, including our amazing guest authors and industry experts, Tamsin Grimmer and Dr. Kathryn Peckham, who discussed what 'school readiness' actually means and how we can help children as they approach this milestone in their life.

Entice new customers with the power of testimonials!

We have received some amazing testimonials. The positive endorsements that we receive from our existing customers are not only a great way for giving praise to the individuals or teams concerned, but are used as a valuable marketing tool to attract new customers!

Please ensure that after every positive interaction you have with a customer you ask them if they would be willing to send in a short testimonial and then follow up with the usual link https://www.parenta.com/testimonial/
Tina Butler is a very competent assessor who supports her candidates to the end of their course. Giving them extra help if needed and getting to know them and what is needed from each candidate.

 A caring professional.
