Spotlight on… Sarah Ellis
This month, we caught up with Sarah who was the Kudos winner for June!

"Hello, I'm Sarah Ellis, I work as an IQA, and I've worked at Parenta for nearly 3 and a half years. What I like about my role is knowing we are supporting to provide high quality early years practitioners to give the best service to children and parents. Challenges currently faced are the ever-changing practice such as EPA, adapted assessment and TAG, it makes no two days the same. Thank you for Kudos, they are much appreciated!"

Entice new customers with the power of testimonials!

We have received some amazing testimonials. The positive endorsements that we receive from our existing customers are not only a great way for giving praise to the individuals or teams concerned, but are used as a valuable marketing tool to attract new customers!

Please ensure that after every positive interaction you have with a customer you ask them if they would be willing to send in a short testimonial and then follow up with the usual link https://www.parenta.com/testimonial/
I just wanted to let you know that your Training Support Manager, Marie Kershaw, has gone absolutely above and beyond expectations in helping me resolve a complicated query regarding one of your former students. I understand she has been working at home because of on-going covid safety measures and yet she has been extremely helpful and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble.

Nowadays people are fast to complain about poor customer service but seem less quick to show thanks and appreciation for a job well done. Marie's customer service skills are outstanding.

I've already thanked Marie by email but I would like to give feedback 'higher up the chain'. She is great asset to your organisation.

Did you know?
29th - 30th August is Notting Hill Carnival Weekend?

The carnival was first held in 1966 with around 500 people attending and is now considered one of largest street festivals in Europe.

The celebration of Caribbean culture will be different this year as the street party is cancelled but click here to see how you can get involved at home and try new food too!
