Sometimes our hard working data systems also need a little rest and rejuvenation during the festive season.
In order that we can carry out essential data processes, namely closing down the 2019 holiday year and starting the 2020 holiday year we will be locking down access to the system from Monday 16th December 2019.
Therefore, during the period from Monday 16th December 2019 to Thursday 2nd January 2020 you will be unable to request holidays, approve holidays enter sickness absence or make any sort of entry on the system. If entries are made during this time the data will be overwritten and not recorded in the system, so changes will be lost.
If you need to book annual leave or make changes in the BreatheHR system during this time, please do so BEFORE Monday 16th December 2019 or keep a separate note of them and/or send an email to hrsupport@parenta.com
setting out the request or change that you wish to make.

of Apprenticeship Providers (RoATP)
Exciting news! Our application has been successful and we are now RoATP approved. It was a tough process but we put a remarkable effort in and we are now looking forward to the many benefits that being RoATP approved brings, including better access to funding and a reduction in paperwork.
What is RoATP?
The new Register of Apprenticeship Providers (RoATP) is a new entry route for organisations and employers who want to deliver apprenticeship training. It's designed to moderate the quality of apprenticeships and provide assurance to learners, employers and the Government.
Our customers can keep their customers even happier with the long awaited improved newsfeed in Parent Portal. A new tile has been added to its already revamped home page, making it easier to navigate the newsfeed section of the app, ensuring parents and carers never miss a moment of their child’s day!
Updated Newsfeed features include:
• Videos captured during observations.
• Easier to view on smaller screens with new ‘filter’ options in one place.
• Colour-coded events easily distinguishing between learning observations and daily activities.
Enhancements we have made to Parent Portal will give our customers’ parents and carers an overall better (and much faster!) experience when using the app on their mobile devices. This is what one happy parent had to say:
