PURPLE POST DECEMBER 2019

Happy New Year to you all!

We hope everyone has had a good rest and not suffering too much from Christmas excesses!

We ended the year on a real high with a successful Ofsted inspection and Matrix Standard Assessment, plus two very positive external verification visits for our Skillsfirst and City and Guilds accredited courses – that’s no mean feat!

Last month, you will have seen Allan’s videos talking about the past year and these fruits of our labours. You can now view the Ofsted report summary in glorious technicolour here on our brand new sparkly staff website!

Finally, everything in one place...the new Parenta staff website is here!

You should all have received your login details and hopefully have had a browse through this website.  What can you find on the new Parenta Staff website? Everything you need from company policies to news and events and from all resources to a staff forum! Please let us know what you think!

Christmas parties

It certainly looks as if all teams really enjoyed their Christmas get-togethers!

Here are a few photos of what we all go up to! We think that Desmond’s beatboxing deserves a special mention!

Update from HR

The first fruit and milk delivery of 2020 will be week commencing 6th January.

"I am writing to give feedback for my remote assessor, Jeanette Arnold, who has been so supportive and helpful in helping me complete my Level 3 in childcare. Every time I needed help or had any questions, she was available for me to call or e-mail her. She provided me with lots of help and guidance for my course work and she has been such an amazing tutor., helping me to complete Level 3 on time. Many thanks, to her and your team."
