Summer Has Arrived!
As we welcome the warm and sunny days of summer, we find ourselves in a crucial period of the year. Team collaboration and hard work are more important than ever as we push towards completing our goals, reducing withdrawals, and achieving amazing results in our Quality Achievement Rates (QAR) data.
The results are starting to show, and this is down to the exceptional effort everyone is putting in to ensure that leads are coming in, our completions are on track and our learners are supported every step of the way.
Together, let’s make this summer a season of achievement and success so we can look forward to seeing the positive outcomes reflected in our QAR data.
Here's to a productive and successful summer!
Kirsty Taylor, Training Delivery Manager, South Team
This month has been quite a slog…… but a HUGE well done to all the South team for your relentless hard work on bringing in those completions!! The hard work is paying off and we WILL see this in the QAR data when we get it!!! EXCITING TIMES!!
During July, we will continue to focus on bringing in completions and ensuring that those in Gateway sit and pass their EPA!! We also continue to drive down those withdrawals, ensuring your learners are engaged with the fabulous work you do with them.
Layla MacFadyen, Training, Advice and Guidance Manager
At the end of June, we said a sad farewell to Richard Young, a valued member of the Parenta family for the past 17 years. Richard's contributions have been immeasurable, and while we will miss him dearly, we wish him all the best in his new adventure!
In other news, I've been participating in weekly withdrawal meetings alongside the delivery, compliance, and quality teams. This collaborative effort has significantly improved our processes and will help us effectively reduce BTS and withdrawals. The teamwork and shared insights have been invaluable, and I'm optimistic about the continued progress we’ll make together.
Proving our commitment to the sector, we have developed a unique solution to the ever-growing staffing crisis and have launched a Fast-Track Level 3 EYE apprenticeship.
The existing Level 3 is still offered as it is currently, however, this accelerated path allows employers the opportunity to gain fully qualified staff in just 53 weeks plus EPA, providing they adhere to the following criteria:

We're thrilled to share the fantastic testimonials we've been receiving from our learners, employers, and settings. It's truly heart-warming to see such positive feedback! While we'd love to list them all, there are just too many to fit! View more training and software testimonials here.

"I would like to say how wonderful and easy to talk to Anita has been. We have had two sessions together and I'm already so happy that I have a kind tutor to help me get through my early years course. In both sessions, she took her time with me and helped me find my way around Onefile and was very open to me asking her questions or if I needed her to explain the same thing again, she was very patient with me. Thank you, Anita,”

The instructors were knowledgeable and experienced, providing clear explanations and valuable insights. Their expertise made complex topics understandable and applicable to various age groups.”
