We hope everyone is getting back into the swing of things and the first month back was a productive one, after the long festive break.
2 weeks ago we experienced a critical issue with our software solutions and many customers could not gain access to their software. We are happy to announce that the issue has been resolved and all Parenta software solutions are back up and running.
It was a very difficult and trying time for the entire Parenta team and we would like to thank the Customer Service team for responding to customers promptly and ensuring them that we were all working extremely hard to get this issue resolved quickly.
We are currently working on a solution to ensure something like this does not happen again.
On the 20th of January, Parenta hosted a free webinar on marketing and why it doesn’t have to be expensive. Overall, the webinar was a great success with over 80 individuals attending the webinar on the day. The panel was incredible and a lot of valuable and actionable advice was shared with the viewers.
