PURPLE POST January 2021

A warm welcome to the January 2021 edition of Purple Post

We hope everyone is getting back into the swing of things and the first month back was a productive one, after the long festive break.

Critical Issue with Parenta Software

2 weeks ago we experienced a critical issue with our software solutions and many customers could not gain access to their software. We are happy to announce that the issue has been resolved and all Parenta software solutions are back up and running.

It was a very difficult and trying time for the entire Parenta team and we would like to thank the Customer Service team for responding to customers promptly and ensuring them that we were all working extremely hard to get this issue resolved quickly.

We are currently working on a solution to ensure something like this does not happen again.

Parenta Webinar

On the 20th of January, Parenta hosted a free webinar on marketing and why it doesn’t have to be expensive. Overall, the webinar was a great success with over 80 individuals attending the webinar on the day. The panel was incredible and a lot of valuable and actionable advice was shared with the viewers. Feel free to watch the webinar here.

Spotlight on… Rosie Presland
This month, we caught up with Rosie who was the Kudos winner for December!

Keep those high fives coming!

Thanks to all those who have been giving kudos throughout the month – please keep it going, it’s important now more than ever to give each other a deserved ‘pat on the back’. We have a winner for January – Charlotte Mackelden – congratulations Charlotte!

Don't forget you can start voting for our February employee of the month already. Keep that Kudos coming and please give recognition for all the hard work our colleagues are doing.

Entice new customers with the power of testimonials!

We have received some amazing testimonials. The positive endorsements that we receive from our existing customers are not only a great way for giving praise to the individuals or teams concerned, but are used as a valuable marketing tool to attract new customers!

Please ensure that after every positive interaction you have with a customer you ask them if they would be willing to send in a short testimonial and then follow up with the usual link https://www.parenta.com/testimonial/
I had an exceptionally good and positive experience. Katie Maclean, my tutor from Parenta, supported me all the way during this course. I just wanted to thank all the members of staff from Parenta putting me through the course with a successful outcome. Thank you so much.
 Lilit, Menston Preschool
Dear Sharon, I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for your support throughout my course, especially a big thank you goes to my assessor, Jeanette. Without her, I wouldn’t have completed my course on time. Big thank you for your support and encouragement throughout my Level 3. You are the best! Thank you!
Kalpana Ghale
I just want to express my gratitude to Denise McGuire and Lorraine White who I have enjoyed speaking to when enrolling onto my Level 3 Childcare course.

I can’t thank Denise enough for her continued support, professional conduct and patience with me. It hasn’t been easy to say the least as we were all up against a tight deadline and it’s the end of the year. I can now look forward to starting my new course in the New Year and it wouldn’t have been possible without Denise and the Parenta team.

 Thank you all again.

Did you know?

Snowdrops are one of the first plants to flower and represent the start of spring. They are also known as a symbol of hope.

With this flower starting to make an appearance, lighter evenings and the progress made with the vaccinations, it really does feel like we are starting to turn a corner after a long period of lockdowns.

Let's all hope the progress continues!
