We are excited to announce that voting is now OPEN for everyone to vote for one person in their team and one person within Parenta who they feel have gone above and beyond to be remarkable at what they do.

How to find The Village Hotel

The conference is being held at The Village Hotel in Maidstone.


How do I get to The Village Hotel?

Full address is Castle View, Forstal Rd ME14 3AQ


By car:

Situated just off the M20 and A229 roundabout, exit the M20 on junction 6.


Parking:

Free from 5pm Friday to 3pm on Sundays. Chargeable thereafter.

Midweek charges apply – free up to 4 hours, then £5 per day thereafter.


By train:

The closest train station is Ayelsford Train Station which is 2.2 miles away or Maidstone station where there are more access to taxis.

Welcome drinks will be provided and wine or non alcoholic drinks will be provided with the evening meal.


***Please note there is a bar on site for any other drinks (they only accept CARD payments).

We are continuing our charity donations for Parenta Trust to help build schools in deprived areas of the world but we need your help please.


We will be selling raffle tickets on the night and some lucky winners will win some FANTASTIC prizes. Please bring some CASH with you to buy raffle tickets and you could win one of our sponsored prizes.


We would love more donations to help increase our raffle prizes. If you would like to donate prizes please click on the button below and let us know what you would like to donate. It doesn't have to be a big prize, all money goes towards such a worthwhile cause.

  • What is the dress code?

    Day event – work attire or ‘client-ready’

    Evening event – black tie, dust off that frock and suit!


  • Is breakfast included in my room booking?

    If you’ve requested a room booking, a buffet breakfast is included for each night. 

    The Village Hotel offers breakfast from:

    Mon to Fri: 6:30am – 9:30am

    Weekend: 7:30am – 10am


  • Do I need to do a Covid test before I arrive?

    Yes! 

    We require everyone to take a Covid test BEFORE the day event begins at 9am on the 13th of May.

    If you don’t have a test kit at home, please email Amanda at amanda.gobell@parenta.com to request one to be sent to you. The deadline to request this service is the 5th May to ensure we have enough time to send and for you to receive it in time.

    Please bring a photo on your phone of your negative Covid test to show at registration, on arrival at the venue. The test is to be taken no earlier than Thursday 12th May.

  • When is check in and checkout at the Hotel?

    Check in is 3pm, there is a self-check in option available as well

    Check out is by 11am 


  • Do I have access to the gym, swimming pool, sauna etc. if I’m staying the night?

    Yes, this is included.

  • Can I take my laptop to the conference?

    No laptops allowed. We will communicate this will all learners and employers.

  • Are we allowed to have our work or personal mobile phones switched on?

    No – customers will be told and personal mobiles phones to be on silent

  • How are we letting our customers/learners know we are out of the office for the day?

    Yes and we are communicating about our Safeguarding contacts on the day.

  • Can I wear a face mask if I want to?

    Yes although not mandatory

  • Do I get dinner included if staying Thursday night?

    The company gives a £20 meal allowance for this night

  • Will refreshments be provided during the day?

    Yes, unlimited tea, coffee, juice and lunch will be provided.
