PURPLE POST December 2022
We wish everyone a happy new year!
Welcome to the December edition of Purple Post. We hope that everyone has had an enjoyable Christmas break and that you are ready for a successful 2023!
December’s social event – Christmas Jumper day and Christmas quiz
Thanks so much to all those who attended the Christmas Jumper Day quiz on 9th December, we had such fun and there was some fierce competition going on! The overall quiz winner was Dave Usborne but when it came to the Christmas jumpers, everyone was a winner, well done all!

Update from the People team
Happy New Year from all of the People team! We hope you all had a lovely break over the Christmas holidays.
Just a reminder that BreatheHR will be unavailable during this first week of January to allow us time to go through and make amendments to annual leave. We will send out a communication when this will be back open and ready to use.
The continuing adventures of the Parenta Bear
The Parenta Bear certainly had an enjoyable Christmas judging by the pictures that have been sent in to us!
Please keep sending in your Parenta Bear pictures to marketing@parenta.com, it’s such a wonderful way for us all to stay connected while working remotely.
Keep those high fives coming!
We have a Kudos winner for December – Early Years Tutor Nichola Reed, congratulations, Nic!
We caught up with last month’s winner, Emma Goodman and and this is what she had to say about working in the Parenta family:
"Hi, I’m Emma Goodman and my role at Parenta is Sales Administrator. I work alongside the training advisors and the sales team. My role varies day to day from helping prep paperwork to chasing documents. I joined Parenta in October so winning the Kudos for November made me feel great! My TA team, Layla, Lorraine and Rohit have helped me achieve this. Without their help and guidance, I would not be able to do the role I do. They’re a great team. So, a big Thank you to them and thank you for my Kudos!!"
What have our customers said this month?
“Responded to my query in a timely manner and everything sorted very efficiently, thank you Alex!”

Important but polite reminder from the Marketing Team:
1. Don’t forget to use the staff intranet! It is a treasure chest of resources all ready and waiting for you to use.
2. When sending documents to the Marketing team for creating and/or branding, please ensure that the FINAL version which has been approved and signed off by all relevant parties and line managers – including those from other teams – is sent to the team. Please ensure that the correct data with all the required fields is included as a CSV file. This will avoid re-work and delay in returning the documents back to you.
Thank you!
