Welcome to Spring! The clocks have sprung forward, and April is here at last! This month, we’re celebrating achievements, sharing updates, and highlighting the incredible work happening across our teams.
From award-winning performances and year-end focus in the South, to exciting moments like an upcoming wedding and new team members joining the Parenta family, there’s plenty to feel proud of. We’re also still buzzing from the fantastic turnout at the Childcare & Education Expo in London, where we connected with so many people and shared how we’re supporting the sector through ongoing challenges.

Emma Harris – Functions Skills and ALS Manager
We have some wonderful news; Amy Wong is getting married in October. We are all very excited for her – photos to follow later in the year!
Kirsty Taylor – Operations Manager, South Region
As the spring sun breaks through and the nights get lighter, the South Team has hit full throttle for our busiest time of the year! With a "pin-point" focus on year-end, we are pushing every completion to give our QAR that vital final boost. A massive congratulations to our individual silver award winners, Lauren Matthews and Naomi Paternoster, for their incredible February performance, and an even bigger "WELL DONE" to the entire South Team for clinching the Gold Award for the most completions overall! Let’s keep this golden momentum and elite teamwork going as we smash our year-end targets.

Childcare & Education Expo 2026
Richelle and Layla wowed hundreds of visitors to our stand at the Childcare & Education Expo in London on March 20th and 21st, discussing the many business constraints the sector is facing at the moment - offering Parenta’s solutions to the staffing crisis with our Workforce Stability Framework and Abacus Advantage, as well as promoting Allan’s new book, Childcare: Transforming your Childcare Business.
